Buysoma.me provides you full privilege to return the product if you receive it in damaged form. There is not much hassle for the return or refund of your product. The chances of damage to the product are significantly less as our executive handles our product with care until it reaches the customer. But if the user faces these issues, it may be at the time of transportation of the product. You can contact our customer executive if you are facing trouble while returning of the product. The user needs to follow these given instructions before you claim for returning of the product:

• The customer is required to click a clear image of the damaged product and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will not be responsible for the product to be returned if you claim for the return after 24 hours.
• You need to give a valid reason for replace of the product if you wish to return the product in good condition.

Returning of the product cannot be performed under these conditions:

• If the product has been miscarried by the customer.
• Once the product has been used by the customer, they cannot claim for returning of the product or refund.
• If the user faces any side effects after the use of the Soma pill. As the customer needs to go through the instructions that are provided to follow before the intake of the smart drug.
